After thorough planning of the future dental prosthesis, we exclusively implant using templates. The later tooth arrangement is tried on in advance (so-called mock-up, wax-up, scan prosthesis). If the result is satisfactory, a drilling template is fabricated on this basis to determine the implant position. This drastically reduces the failure rate and postoperative complaints. On the basis of a three-dimensional X-ray image (CT, DVT), we create a perfect plan to enable the most accurate surgical execution possible. 

This results in significantly less pain and complications than with conventional procedures.
